Okay... I just took my video card, and I noticed the fan or whatever on it looked burnt.
Like it has that fan on it, and the middle part with the voltage sticker or whatever, it's brown in the middle, like it was burned or something. Do video cards like.. burn out?
I dunno if that's normal or not. It's probably what's wrong with it, lol
