Well, technically, his career was ended at No Way Out, but he showed up for one last match in the main event of Wrestlemania 2000, to promptly job to HHH again.

Anyways, who the hell would the Rock face at Wrestlemania? They've already done Rock/Austin 3 times, they've already done Rock/Hogan, and none of the other names would really draw that much. Orton is most likely doing the program with HHH, and Cena's over on SD, so it's not very likely that they'd feud. The only one I can really think of is Chris Jericho, which I could live with. Sure, Jericho would have no chance in hell of going over, but another Rock/Jericho feud would be a helluva fun ride to build up to the match.
