Also, before you shell out for a new card, try putting the one in question into your other PC and test it then. It might turn out to be a problem with the connectors on the AGP/PCI slot (depending on which slot type your card uses, I'll assume AGP) of your motherboard, or even a capacitor on the motherboard. Always make sure of the problem before you go buy a new part. A new motherboard is alot cheaper than a video card these days.
