Yea, they will be compatible. However with you hacving a p3, that means you have SDRAM in all likelyhood, and that will cause the cards to run at a lower quality than they would on a stronger system like a P4/Athlon with DDR. However, either-way you look at it, they will still be some of the best cards for your system.
