I do think the endowment idea is a smart play. If they were making $260 million for both Raw and Smackdown, I would save say $150 million each year as a buffer. That would still leave them $60 million per year extra over what they are getting now, or an additional $2.5 million per month for each show to mess around with.

And they would end up with a $750 million surplus when the Smackdown deal is up (still would have Raw inked for another 5 years at that point).
