I'd say no although his spot in NXT is pretty much his peak in terms of star power status.
Don't really see him going beyond midcarder on the main roster especially if he's on RAW. Then again think him and Ciampa were never meant to stick around as long as they have since both were just on loan from EVOLVE at the time to help make a few stars for NXT.
