I would be happy with this chain of events:

2) Someone ambushes Bryan on Smackdown to keep him away from Miz for a while.
3) Team Bryan vs Team Miz at Survivor Series
4) Fallout keeps them separated until the Rumble
5) Miz eliminates Bryan during the Rumble.
6) Bryan gets his ultimate revenge at Wrestlemania.

What we'll get instead:
1) Miz and Bryan face off next week in a match that falls apart
2) They face at Summerslam
3) They face five more times in the following seven weeks.
4) Everyone hates everything
