Yeah I dont like that. Randomly having Braun Strowman and Seth Rollins going out of their way to talk about a PPV that is 3 months away like it is Wrestlemania is going to get old real fast.

Personally I also dislike that they announced it 3 months out. I fear WWE will do nothing with the woman BUT hype that they are gonna have their own PPV in 3 months. Would anybody feel surprised if the lazy WWE and their writing staff put the women's division in a holding pattern for the next 2 plus months, until they actually start booking towards the PPV?

Then again, they might literally just book the whole PPV like early NXT, no real storylines, just random matches thrown together with the only backstory being "these woman are making history!" The more I think about it, the less convinced i am that the writing staff will treat this any different than they do Raw every single week, just filling time with whatever.
