For sure with the current brand split era since there are two main belts to spread around.

He already has all the in-ring tools needed and Vega as his mouthpiece to easily become the next top Hispanic star for the company. Just needs WWE to actually stay motivated on building up his stardom status and not treat him in the end like Sin Cara, Sin Cara 2.0, Kalisto, and Del Rio to a degree.
