WWE's pretty much pulling a Cena with their handling of Reigns.

Any face star more popular than him either gets the leeching treatment (ex. Rollins & Ambrose) or the heel turn treatment (ex. Braun) to make sure their overness gets weakened or no longer overshadows Reigns.
