You can for wrestling related stuff but not the concept of the match itself which is why WWE is able to hold their own match and event but as "WarGames" instead of "War Games."
Only real tricky thing to trademark in wrestling is real names since neither WWE nor MLW can do it without getting special permission from that person to license the name to them. Its how Ryback managed to beat WWE's attempts at taking away his wrestling trademark since he made it part of his legal name.
