Yes I did. A little douche tried to rat him out without facts or evidence, so Armstrong made him pay for it on a national stage. If I was the number one cyclist in the world and some random guy tried to jump on the bandwagon and accuse me of doping with no proof, then I would make him pay also, teach him a lesson. "Don't nark on me if you have no proof." Thats not completely outrageous, unless of course you are nitpicking little double-standards out like you are.
I'm sure that debate is really big in the country where the foreign players are defecting from, but its really not an issue of great interest on my part and I haven't noticed a big deal on the websites I visit daily. I never claimed to be the god of your continents sports, I remind you.
