They have a Chairman, a COO, two Commissioners and six GMs in their canon. Even within the context of just one show -- why do they need to have three fucking authority figures on Raw? Each of the televised shows started with two. It goes past redundancy. It's getting bogged down in this hierarchical drama that no one cares about.
