Like critically not well received? Because for me the 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film is it. To this day I'm not sure how it didn't get better critical reception. It's funny, the characters are fleshed out and there's an emotional core at the center of the plot, the villain is an absolute bad ass and was booked beautifully as the final boss, and most importantly it's fun and very much an 80s esque movie.

TMNT is easily one of my favorite movies ever and the critical reviews baffle me.
