This made me think of a semi-local OTA channel from when I was little. When everyone else went off the air at night, they would broadcast Home Shopping Channel from like 11pm to 6am. HSC would eventually encroach on more of the day over time, until it eventually ran 24 hours.

But then, that brings up a new and interesting concept: iMPACT Wrestling on HSN!!! They fold in the concept of Don West shilling merch and some specialized HSN segments in lieu of commercial breaks, and BAM! They change the whole game!
