I'm not really sure how Horsewomen vs. Horsewomen could ever work.
Becky is one of the most over people in the company, Charlotte is possibly the best female technician in WWE history, Sasha who is a trailblazing genius, and Bayley who could probably be the most effective female babyface ever if she were booked correctly.
On the other side you have Ronda who is of course pushed to the Moon and Shayna who is legit, but Duke and Shafir have been booked like bumbling idiots.
Kayfabe wise, it's not even remotely even.
