WCW Tag Team Champions the Undertaker & Kane (w/ Sara) defeated WWF Tag Team Champions Diamond Dallas Page & WCW U.S. Champion Chris Kanyon in a steel cage match to win the WWF titles at 10:14 following Taker's powerbomb on Page; Kanyon had escaped the cage several minutes earlier, making the contest 2-on-1; both championships were at stake in the match
Kurt Angle defeated WWF World Champion Steve Austin via disqualification at 22:29 when Alliance referee Nick Patrick stopped the match as a result of Austin attacking three seperate referees, instead of counting Angle's cover of the champion following the Olympic Slam
The Rock pinned WCW World Champion Booker T (w/ Shane McMahon) at 15:16 to win the title by catching Booker in the Spinarooni and hitting the Rock Bottom; the Acolytes had chased Shane McMahon from ringside moments earlier

WWE Raw Tag Team Champions Sylvian Grenier & Rene Dupree defeated the Dudley Boyz after 8 minutes when Dupree pinned D-Von after Rob Conway, dressed as a photographer, hit D-Von with his camera; after the bout, Spike Dudley attempted to make the save but was also beaten down
The Undertaker pinned Albert with a chokeslam at the 9-minute mark after avoiding a clothesline; after the bout, Stephanie McMahon came ringside to attack an interfering Sable
Shane McMahon pinned Eric Bischoff after 11 minutes following a flying elbowsmash off the top rope through the Spanish announce table; moments earlier, Steve Austin interfered and hit a Stunner on Bischoff and counted the eventual pinfall after knocking an interfering Jonathan Coachman out of the ring
