Seems WWE was worried CBS might consider trademarking the term "Then Now Forever" after airing the phrase during last week's Super Bowl festivities.

Even though they've been using the phrase since 2012, they only got around to trademarking it the day after the SB. Also only covers wrestling related stuff though.
