Brawler’s an odd case. If we forget the whole idea of our personal idea of what makes a HOFer and just focus on the guidelines WWE has implied by who they’ve put in, I don’t know that he belongs. I feel like simply being a memorable character decades later, even if you were a jobber, is enough. And he is. But he still feels like the exception to that rule for reasons I can’t quite put my finger on.
