There's this feeling I often get about WWE, where they actually do some theoretically good stuff, and then you realize that it is exactly where they should have been years ago.

I remember when I was hungry for Joe to answer John Cena's open challenge for the US Title. That was HIAC in 2015. He finally gets the belt, but it's in 2019. I wanted to see The Revival be cornerstones of Raw's tag team division...in 2016. Chad Gable is tearing it down, but he was still doing that in 2016.

There are so many things that happen in WWE that make me think "Man, if only this happened years ago when I gave a shit."
