I think him wrestling every couple months would be fine but he needs to have a well defined target for most of that time and be playing mind games with them constantly.

I actually don't see him losing for a WHILE. Think they are going to use him to put someone over down the line. The way he loses his first match will be because good Bray takes control back finally and it distracts him enough to get him beat. Use that to put someone over after having Bray built way up. It won't weaken Bray too much either.
