It's a weird condition. As long as his white blood cells are within normal range he is considered in remission and would not be anymore at risk. If he was not in remission, his immune system would be compromised and he certainly would not be wrestling.

His biggest risk would be if he happened to have a recurrence while infected with Covid or getting Covid shortly after.

I am sure they have extra precautions with Roman the same way they do for Daniel Bryan and concussions or Edge with his neck. They probably are monitoring Romans blood frequently, so he should have lower risks then most.
