It seems like I read/heard that he had a bad experience with it once, and now he gets really nervous when he does it, which is why he doesn't do it well.

You know the obvious solution to that problem? Get a different finisher. Let London do the London Calling, and Kidman can either stick with the BK Bomb, go back to his old Kid Krusher (even though it's an Unprettier rip-off), or do something like a frogsplash or guillotine legdrop.
