Considering only a small handful of people work as producers in NXT and one of them was recently involved in a social media incident involving a similar topic, I'd put all my money on this mystery person being Road Dogg.
Also would fit with him way more often than not putting his foot in his mouth whenever he discusses social issues and WWE's booking in general online.
