Rape is usually about power and degradation rather than sexual fulfillment. I mean it achieves all three but psychologically I've read rapists share more in common with sadists than sex addicts.

Also Ron Jeremy comes from an industry where coercion is hard to prove, to the point that a number of sexual assaults happen on these sets. The entitlement and feeling of power probably leads to some unhealthy fixations.
