The first accusation mentions Allin using threats of ending their relationship if he didn't get sex or had sex acts performed on him basically whenever he wanted.
If she was only doing it out of fear of their relationship ending then he was abusing whatever trust or love she had for him for his own gratification. Basically him taking advantage of her being in a vulnerable position mentally.
