Only reason the name of this person was not revealed was due to Alba getting that information "off the record" from his sources.
Most likely Josh Briggs. His age isn't in the public record but he's only been in the business since 2016 and has done work with EVOLVE which is a main WWE pipeline.

Only other notable indy name to surface was David Starr who started the whole thing. He's only 29 but he's said to have been on WWE's no-fly list for a while due to his outspoken criticism of the continued tapings and his frequent calls to unionize.
