I think the WWE should get everyone on their roster over 40 and put them on a show. Either a new one or Raw. Then use their main programming, or just SmackDown, to get over guys under 40.
If they sent everyone in that age bracket to Raw, you could do a Raw vs. NXT program to get that stuff heated up. You have the inherent issues of guys that have been around for quite a while going against guys that haven't been seen much at all, and you can foster in a whole bunch of new guys.
But you could do that anyway, it just gets so clunky when your show has about eight different agendas. If you've just got Jeff Hardy putting over guys on Monday and/or Wednesday, you don't need to dedicate time to him on the same show you are trying to get Matt Riddle over on.
Any other US promotion might as well not exist.
