Also from the same Observer Newsletter issue, Meltzer speculated that TNT/HBO could be a potential home for The Rock's XFL due to The Rock's connections with the new boss of WarnerMedia's TV division.

It’s unknown what Bloys thinks about pro wrestling. He did attend Freedom High School in Bethlehem, PA, and was a classmate of Dwayne Johnson. The two didn’t know each other in school. Bloys was aware of Johnson, who was a high school All-American football player at the time. He also knew that Johnson came from a family of pro wrestlers. Bloys and Johnson know each other now, as Bloys greenlit Johnson’s show “Ballers” for HBO.

On paper, this move sounds good for Johnson in an attempt to get a paying television deal for the XFL.
