Apparently Keith Lee's theme got changed for his RAW debut due to issues with royalties involving CFO$.

The former WWE music group no longer works with WWE, and signed a terrible deal with their publisher that sees the publisher get half the royalties. WWE does not have the same publishing deal with the group as Jim Johnston, which is why we've seen so many changes to music over the last year or so. There have been some wrestlers that hated the music presented as replacements so much, they outright rejected the changes.
On the bright side, the company supposedly has big plans for him but if last night was any indication, they are likely going to struggle trying to pull that off.
