I'd say that the World Heavyweight and United States titles mean alot right now (funny that the meaningful ones in WWE have a history in WCW).
The WWE Championship was meaningful when Eddie and Brock had it. But it's suffering from, among other things, representing what's widely treated as a WWE B-Show.
I don't see the IC Belt as very important right now, either. It doesn't appear that Edge really cares about whether or not he's the champion---which is one of the things that irritate me about wrestling sometimes. I'm not Randy Orton or Triple H's biggest fan, but when they held titles, they'd always mention how important it is to them. Even little things to me count, like how a wrestler carries a belt to the ring. I didn't like how Austin, Rock, and Nash, would drag the world title down an entrance ramp. It made it seem like they couldn't have cared less about the belt.
