Seth is really good in the ring. His psychology is spotty at times (I HATE the superplex into a falcon arrow for a two count), but I think he's overall the second best member of The Shield. Roman Reigns is killing it and easily #1.
Ambrose was the most ready at the start when he did have some mystique behind his swagger, but exposure and being a bit of a cliche have really knocked him down.
If I had to choose to build a company around either Dean Ambrose or Seth Rollins, I'm going with Rollins. Especially if you allow him to cut actual promos (he's not an amazing talker, but he knows how to structure a promo when left to his own devices) and can focus on him in much better ways. And for fuck's sake, get the man off Twitter. He is a giant weiner and it actually helped kill him as a babyface.
But yes, dude is a company yes-man. It's about as obnoxious as Moxley's "I'm too cool for school and follow the art maaaaaaan" stereotype.
