Okay download a program called IsoBuster from downloads.com

Open the .bin fil using that program ( Isobuster) and then there should be a folder called " Mpeg2" or something similar to that. Double click on that folder and extract the .mpg2 file. Just in case you don't know you need powerdvd/windvd to paly svcd files( in case you don't know. but i am mentioning this anyway).
