And that's mostly for the unbelievable stuff he used to do. Don't get me wrong; Rey's still my all-time favorite cruiser, and one of my all-time favorite wrestlers period, but he just isn't the guy he used to be. A large part of that is due to his repeated knee injuries, and also because of WWE slapping limitations on him. But even if he weren't restricted, the guy just can't go like he used to. He can still put out great matches, but nothing that can touch Rey vs Psicosis from BatB '97 or vs Eddie at Halloween Havoc. He's still one of the best, but I don't think he's #1 anymore.
