Knowing about it and visiting are two different matters. Odds are the WWF paid people to go find all the sites allowing copyrighted material for download and then drafted some sorta bulk legal notice. I doubt they actually visited this site or any of the other hundreds of sites they threatened to sue and/or shut down.
