Hope not since that would just hurt an already weak build for the SD Women's title at Mania.
Plus if that were to happen, then what was the purpose of having a Rumble this year if both Rumble winners got their prized title match at Mania watered down, assuming the rumors about Edge vs. Reigns being a Triple Threat are true.
