I didn’t say it was Comedy Central. I said it was comedy re-run central. AEW is going to be sandwiched between Big Bang repeats and multiple viewings of the Mortal Kombat remake.

More homes doesn’t mean shit, other than they can miss the mark with more potential viewers. This is not an upgrade for the promotion. It is WarnerMedia realizing this shit-show doesn’t fit in with sports and original dramatic content, so they’re sending it to their light entertainment network and hope wrestling fans follow it, so they can sell a few ads to discount pharmacies.

They did this to themselves. The people who watch this shit are not valuable consumers in the eyes of the commercial world. They’re losers who like loser wrestling for losers.

This could have been soooo good. But smarks are the new marks and they clapped like trained seals for shit with no wider appeal, and attacked anyone who stuck their hand up to suggest that maybe this isn’t sustainable and would come back to bite them.
