Thing is, though, I was a bigger fan of Joe Bob Briggs, and that was on TNT.

Speaking of, I got a fan mail response from him a couple years back when he first started hosting The Last Drive-In on Shudder. It was awesome, especially since it was mostly me gushing about mom and how she and I were watching all kinds of schlocky shit since forever ago back when he was on TMC (specifically, it related to his "cicada" story on TLDI). The man literally goes through all the physical and e-mail he's ever gotten and tries to respond to all of them. Said he has a fond place in his heart for NE Ohio, since he got his start in Berea, which isn't super far from here.
