Seems the Ultimate Warrior biography episode on A&E tonight suffered from the same problems the Macho Man and Booker T ones did in regards to how Warrior's controversial past was handled based on those who watched it like David Bixenspan.
With Macho Man, they didn't shy away from his controversies but it ended up coming across more as WWE being petty while with Booker T, they swept the racism stuff he encountered in WWE under the rug while not shying away from the racism stuff he encountered prior to his WWE career.
Some of it was to be expected since WWE had a hands on role with its involvement but according to David Bixenspan, the episode whitewashes and blames others for Warrior being a bigot and homophobic and not just him being an actual shithead back in the day.
