Because AEW sucks and drops stuff all the time. Just like the Penta/Daniels angle. Joey Janela kidnapping Tully Blanchard. The Nightmare Collective. Adam Page. Matt Hardy’s...whatever the fuck it was he was doing. Cody’s issues with Shaq. Jericho’s issues with Tyson. MJF’s tension with Wardlow. Where the fuck are Luchasaurus and Marko Stunt? Why does QT Marshall suddenly have a wife?

AEW fucking up a story isn’t unusual.
