So many guys in WWE have said they wished there could be an offseason. Bigger names like Orton, etc have negotiated time off etc.

With AEW they can give everyone a breather at different times throughout the year and still have plenty of star power.
They can cycle them out, loan them out and give them a rest. Monsters can't constantly steamroll over everyone for months and them get jobbed out for 6 after losing to the good guy and expect the fans to think they are dangerous. Push the monster, defeat the monster and lend him to Impact or NJPW for 6 months instead to keep him from being stale
