Unless they have brand only PPVs there is no reason for 12. I was good with 4 Raw exclusive, 4 Smackdown exclusive, and the 4 big ones combined.

Without the brand exclusive PPV's I think 6 total per year would be better, then again they produce so much TV that you could just watch the 12 PPV's and not miss anything.
