When she first turned heel, she would constantly shit on Schiavone and make fun of him and "bully him" and sarcastically act really nice to him and call him her best friend and stuff... then gradually Tony "warmed up to her" saying he actually likes her, and she started being nicer to him gradually

She's a "heel" but not nearly as heelish as she was... when she first turned, she would make fun of the cities she was in with "cheap heat" and stuff like that a lot, but doesn't really do that much anymore
