I'll give this a shot:
Test- Was injured, cleared to return but then re-injured himself, so he is still out.
Mark Henry-Shoulder injury, I believe. He should be coming back soon I believe.
Shaniqua-Sent down to OVW. Hear she's got an ego or something. Maybe they'll release her?
Steiner- Was injured, then released.
Stevie Richards-Face ( I assume, since he has been helping out Victoria lately)
Cade-Heel, usually with Coach.
Palumbo-No idea. I think he may be face but I have yet to see him on RAW cept for the Battle Royale, and I rarely see Heat. So not sure.
Bashams-Still heels I believe, the little that they are on.
Akio -OVW. Uh..before he left he was heel...I think.
Sakoda- Released
FBI - It seems as though they have turned face, but they aren't on SD enough for me to really tell.
Mordecai, Nitro, and Morgan are all in OVW.
Val Venis I believe is just in singles. Could be wrong.
Rhyno/Tajiri I assume they plan on pushing as a legit team (have a "team" entrance video, tag title match on PPV etc). Gunn/Holly I have no idea. Rico/Haas looked to be a legit team until Rico was injured. Suzuki/Depree not quite sure.
Jacquline was released I think. Ivory hosts Experience and does those interviews at the Conventions.
Anyone wanna add/subtract from this? I'm not positive on everything, just from memory and speculation.
