Is there an actual kayfabe reason or wrestling logic reason for the difference between a wrestler putting their nickname in the front of their ring name compared to putting it in the middle of their name? Or is the difference just simply a cosmetic choice?

Was watching RAW earlier and had the thought pop up when Keith Lee showed up under his new "Bearcat" nickname. In Lee's case, his new nickname was in the middle of his ring name.
