Having a huge budget and decades of high-level experience compared to your competition helps a lot but yeah, they also ruin a lot of that advantage because Kevin Dunn has been awful for years being in charge of it.

Only thing Dunn hasn't managed to screw up over the years is video packages since those are still the best thing about WWE's production for shows.

Even ROH and Impact have paled in comparison for years because their production budgets and staff are tiny compared to WWE.
