Avoiding the actual four pillows I would pick Jake Hager who is underutilized greatly (WE THE PEOPLE), Shawn Spears because he can make anyone look better than he is, Big Will Hobbs because he has a ton of charisma and a huge fan base for his work and then finally I'd go with The Icon Matt Hardy because wrestling always works best with legends there to wow the audience with how they can still go, their legendary catchphrases and jaw dropping moves (middle rope leg drop!).
