It’s easy to view a time limit draw and think “wow they must’ve pissed off the crowd, listen to those boos!” But if the crowd is into a match I don’t see how the reaction could’ve been anything BUT boos.

You ring the bell and it’s crickets, that’s obviously a bad sign. Cheering would be even worse because it would imply you’re glad the match is finished.

It’s human nature to want to see a conclusion, and so when you’re into a match it’s normal to boo a non-finish. I think most fans are smart enough to understand why the finish was what it was, even though it blue balled them in the moment. I don’t take most of that booing as “fuck this company” boos
