Since the forum decided for the Sheetys to continue, do you want next's year's awards to be kept with Google but with sign-ins required in order to vote or go with a new Spammy style sub-forum for it?
Both have their pros and cons in regards to added work on the side and voting stuff.

You could probably make a very strong guess at who it was and chances are you'd be right.
If it was up to me, I'd leave it up to anyone who felt that they got screwed out of winning one of the two TPWW awards because of voting shenanigans to determine the punishment and TPWW's higher power deals with that person but the higher power decided to be benevolent over the issue.
