Part of the problem is that on both shows only a small number of people appear on TV every week. So you dont have time to put over new teams. With the tag division, there is barely time to have one tag program on the show every week, so that always for the titles. Hence the reaosn they only seem to have 2 or 3 teams at a time.

I think they need to cut back on the long TV matches and let more guys on TV, that might get some new guys over, maybe.
